Jeff Risch will present our quarterly legislative update at our April meeting.  This seminar is designed as an advanced discussion of ever-changing legal trends and issues impacting HR Professionals.

In addition to covering any new legislation and proposed legislation, his presentation will focus on employee leaves.  He will discuss the particulars of Illinois’ VESSA (Victims' Economic Security and Safety Act).  He will also discuss the proposed changes to FMLA.

Key benefits for those attending include:

    • Protect yourself and your organization with up-to-date legal information.
    • Apply recent regulatory, statutory and case law activity to current policies and practices.
    • Proactively manage difficult employee leaves issues (including medical leave entitlements).
