Event Details

For the last eight years, LaSalle Network has surveyed each graduating class to hear what they want in their first job and company post-graduation. This year, LaSalle collected survey responses from more than 2,500 2023 graduates to learn about their unique perspectives and desires, as well as identify hiring challenges to anticipate with entry-level recruiting. During this session, attendees will understand what this class, as well as other entry-level talent, is seeking in a role and company, as well as strategies companies can use to overcome hiring challenges to attract, recruit and retain talent from this graduating class. 

Jessica Schaeffer is Vice President at LaSalle Network, a national staffing, recruiting and culture firm honored with more than 100 culture and revenue-based awards. Since joining LaSalle Network nearly 11 years ago, Schaeffer supports LaSalle Network’s hiring, culture and marketing/communication efforts and has been quoted in Fast Company, Forbes, as well as featured on FOX Good Day Chicago, ABC Chicago and WGN Morning News.
